We use the program AWStats to complete statistical analyses of our page. This program is a free web analytics software. It is used to analyse log files which web servers generate in response to user inquiries. The program does not use cookie files for the analysis. Statistical analysis is carried out based on log files, which contain IP addresses. Typically, this data cannot be associated with any individual person. This data is not combined with data from other sources, and the data is also deleted after the statistical analysis.
In contrast to other statistics programs, AWStats does not transmit data to a third party server. The program is installed on a hosting package. This prevents data transmission abroad, for instance, since our server is located in Germany.
We use the open source tool OpenStreetMap on our website. The card data is hosted on the server of our service provider, Auctores GmbH, Dammstraße 5, 92318 Neumarkt. A processing of personal data does not take place in this context.
We use interaction elements, known as “share buttons”, on the following platforms on our website, with the help of which you can share the page in question on the respective platform.
If you visit a page on which such a button is embedded, no data will initially be transmitted to the respective platform operators. Such a transmission of data only takes place when you click on the respective button. In this case, the above-mentioned providers receive the information that your browser has accessed our website, even if you do not have a profile there or are not currently logged in there. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to the server of the above-mentioned sites and stored there.
If you are already logged in to the social network in question, it can directly assign your visit to our website to your profile. If you interact with the plug-ins, this information is also transmitted directly to the respective server and stored there. If you share our site via the respective platform, information will be published on your profile and displayed to your friends, contacts or followers.
The legal basis for the forwarding of your data to the platform operators concerned is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, which you give by clicking on the respective share button.
On our website, you will find links to our company pages on Facebook and Instagram. There is no data exchange between our website and the operators of the respective platform in this context. When clicking on the respective button, users are redirected to the respective platform. The operator of the respective platform then processes the users’ data in accordance with its own data protection provisions. Details can be found in the data protection regulations of the respective operator.
(1) You have the following rights towards us regarding the personal data concerning you:
(2) You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us.
(1) ) If you have given your consent to the processing of your data, you may revoke this consent at any time. Such a revocation will affect the permissibility of the processing of your personal data after you have expressed it to us.
(2) Insofar as we base the processing of your personal data on the balance of interests, you may object to the processing. This is the case if the processing is not necessary, particularly for the fulfilment of a contract with you, which is shown by us in each case in the following description of the functions. When exercising such an objection, we ask you to explain the reasons why we should not process your personal data as we have done. In the event that your objection is well-founded, we will review the merits of the case and either cease or adapt the data processing or show you our compelling legitimate grounds on the basis of which we will continue the processing.
Our business operations require that data be collected and processed. Wherever data is collected and processed, data protection and data security must be ensured. For us, this is not only a legal requirement, but also a very real concern.
If you have any questions or suggestions on the subject of data protection in connection with our services, please do not hesitate to contact us using the above contact details.
